Return Policy

We are excited that you chose to shop with us at Charlie Ray. Our goal is to provide stylish options, coupled with outstanding guest services. We will do all we can to ensure your experience is pleasant, and that you enjoy your purchases. However, if you are not fully satisfied with the item(s) you have received, you may return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt, provided they are in original condition with tags intact. Once items are returned you will be entitled a store credit.

We are not able to accept items that appear to have been worn, washed, not in original condition, or have had tags removed. Every aspect of the garment must be free from signs of wear and odor.

We can offer a store credit (excluding cost of delivery) and request that you return the item(s) unused, and with the tags intact to us. Please ensure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service that provide you with a proof of postage, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

Please allow up to 10 days from the time we receive your return for it to be processed. If items are returned to us outside of this time period we reserve the right to return the item to you.

Changed your mind? Right to cancel.
We understand that you may change your mind about something you have bought online. You have the right to cancel within 24 hours of placing your order if you simply change your mind. Where items are returned to us outside of this time period we reserve the right to return the item to you.

Undelivered Items
If items are undeliverable to you by the courier/postal services these orders will be held for a defined period of time (varies per company) for you to collect. If uncollected items exceed this limit, they will be returned to us as the sender. All items will be automatically refunded and returned to stock. You will be notified via email of the refund once processed.

Shipping & Information*
*All orders are fulfilled Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are shipped within 1-3 business days from the receipt of payment verification.
*We are not responsible for unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier or the weather.
*Please allow up to 5 business days for your order to be shipped during sales. Ex; Black Friday & Holiday sales.
*You will receive tracking information on the day your order is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking information to update.
*Please exclude processing time when calculating your packages date of arrival. Delivery time starts 24 hours after your tracking information is received.
*We are only able to ship to the address you indicate, please ensure that the address entered at checkout is correct.
*We do not manually input shipping addresses. Shipping addresses are exported from one database to another, please ensure shipping address is correct upon receiving order conformation email.
*If your tracking information states “notice left” please contact USPS to reschedule delivery before 14 days. Otherwise your item will be returned to us.
*If an address error is made please email Charlie Ray within 5 hours of confirmation email. Once orders are processed for shipment no changes can be made.
*You will be contacted via email when your rerouted package is delivered and processed into our warehouse.
